CleanShift provides professional cleaning and moving services. Services include but are not limited to:

• House cleaning

• End of tenancy cleaning
• Moving services
• Packing and unpacking services

3. Booking and Payments

3.1. All bookings must be made through our website or authorized representatives.

3.2. Prices are subject to change without notice.

3.3. Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards and bank transfers.

3.4. Full payment is required:

• For one-time services: at the time of booking
• For recurring services: according to the agreed payment schedule

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

4.2. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

4.3. No-shows will be charged the full service amount.

5. Service Guarantee

5.1. We strive to provide high-quality services to all customers.

5.2. If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

5.3. We reserve the right to remedy any issues before issuing refunds.

6. Customer Responsibilities

6.1. Provide accurate information when booking services.

6.2. Ensure safe and reasonable access to the service location.

6.3. Secure valuable items before service delivery.

6.4. Inform us of any special conditions or requirements before service commencement.

7. Liability
